Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Kennewick, WA, for a Project Manager Assistant. The role involves supporting project management staff with administrative tasks and clerical work, handling communications and correspondence, maintaining schedules, and assisting with documentation and reporting. The assistant will also perform executive administrative duties and provide phone support to ensure seamless project operations.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, Clerical Skills, and managing schedules

Strong organization and multi-tasking skills

Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette abilities

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Ability to work collaboratively and support team operations

Proficiency in common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite

Previous experience in construction or project-based roles is a plus but not required

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or related fields is beneficial
